Dear freshmen,

I hope your first week as university students has gone well!

I’d like to invite you to attend the first meeting of the Honors Student Association on Wednesday, September 3, at 6:00 PM in the Kanawha Room of the MountainLair. For those of you who don’t know, HSA is the student organization dedicated exclusively to Honors students. You may remember our survey from the Honors Retreat.

At HSA we work on community service projects, the annual Honors Ball, social activities, and a great variety of other projects. Our mission is to provide unique opportunities for Honors students as often as possible.

I realize this meeting time may conflict with other organizational meetings next week; our own meeting schedule will be changing soon. If you can’t make our first meeting and would like to be a part of HSA, please email me to be put on our mailing list.
